Our Delivery Promise
  1. Scanned POD at the time of delivery on Rivigo Relay App.
  2. Physical POD within 7 days of delivery.
Terms & Conditions:
  1. Spot Rates: Everyday best spot rates available based on Rivigo's Network and Inventory plan.
  2. Web Based Bookings: All bookings are to be made on Rivigo Freight Partner portal (raas.rivigo.com)
  3. Payment Terms: Bookings to be made on a 100% advance model
  4. Low Detention: Loading / Unloading detention's responsibility to be taken by Freight Partners.
    • Loading Detention: up-to 12 hrs at no cost post which Rs. 3,000 will be charged for every 12 hrs delay.
    • Unloading Detention: up-to 24 hrs at no cost post which Rs. 5,000 will be charged for every 24 hrs delay.
  5. Indent Cancellation Penalty: Rs. 3,000 per instance.
  6. Route Change Penalty: Rs. 3,000 per instance, Rivigo reserves the right to serve the revised indent.
